COMPRESSION THERAPY AFTER LEG OPERATIONS
Kit indicated for postoperative surgery at the lower limbs and available in 2 compression classes ( Class 1 & class 2).
The remarkable elasticity of the yarns assure effective therapeutic action and good skin transpiration throughout the day. The one size and light understocking, available in both kits, helps to keep in place wound dressing facilitating the application of the elastic stocking.
COMPOSITION:
KIT POSTOP CL.1:
AGG class 1 stocking and AG thrombosis 18: 65% Polyammide – 35% Elastane
Thin understocking: 100% Polyammide
KIT POSTOP CL.2:
AGG class 2 stocking: 63% Polyammide – 37% Elastane
Thin understocking: 100% Polyammide
Thigh stocking with increased compression at the thigh compared to a traditional compression stocking.

INDICATIONS
For compression therapy after leg operations (sclerotherapy treatment, stripping, laser, radiofrequency, varicectomy).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Absolute Contraindications:
High grade arterial insufficiency, wet dermatosis, acute dermatitis, cutaneous infections, wearing during bed rest or confinement to bed if not prescribed by physician (except antiembolism stockings). Metabolic edema, uncontrolled congestive heart failure, intermittent claudication, ischemia.
Relative Contraindications:
Sensory loss of the extremity, intolerance of compression stockings materials, advanced peripheral neuropathy ( e.g. diabetes mellitus), rheumatoid arthitis (RA).
Recommendations
Warnings:
Medical compression stockings are designed for day use, unless you have a prescription for night use. It is not necessary to remove the stockings during a short rest during the day.
Important Care information:
We always recommend the use of rubber gloves to wear medical stockings, avoid sharp fingernails and toenails, rings with sharp edges cause defects and breakage of the yarn, do not cut off any projecting threads inside the stocking.
Washing Instructions:
Wash daily by hand in warm water, not above 40°C, with mild detergents. Do not twist the stockings and dry away from heat sources and in flat position, avoid the direct sunlight.
